RETURN POLICY:

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE. NO RETURN, EXCHANGES OR REFUND ARE ACCEPTED.

  • We Do Not offer refunds & cancelations for our Little Bits Boxes. Once your payment's successfully processed, your box was already ordered for you. You may skip and cancel anytime for the next month's box as long as it is before your next billing date.

  • All Digital Kits sales are final. No Refunds or cancelations.

  • We are unable to accommodate to combine orders as well as change shipping address changes after an order has been placed.

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that a correct and complete address is provided. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can reship the package and bill you for the additional shipping fee to resend the package.

  • In-stock products are typically shipped within 2-4 business days, if not sooner. Our goal for customer service is to always under promise and over deliver.

  • If you received any damaged or deformed stamp, please take some photos and email us at mommylhey@yahoo.com

                We will then arrange how we can replace your damaged item according on the availabilty of your particular set.

    • If the item is IN STOCK we will send you a replacement within 2-3 days time. If we do not, usually our manufacturer's production time can take 17-30 days.

    • Damaged Sets will be sent back to our manufacturer.

    • If you've received a wrong set, please do not hesitate to email us and we are always happy to help.

    • If you have a missing order, please get in touch with us and we will get back with you in a timely manner.

    • If you ordered an item by mistake and it's still in a 24 hour period time, Please contact us regarding your return, although unfortunately Mommy Lhey Designs is NOT responsible for the shipping of your return

  • Packages are shipped via USPS. As soon as your shipment is in the hands of a postal carrier, we are no longer in control. The USPS does not provide us with different information than they provide you with the tracking number. Please give the tracking system at least 24 hrs. to update any information before contacting customer service with lack of tracking information or no movement at all.

  • If you have received a damaged/defective item, please contact us with your name, order number, nature of the issue, and attach a photo to your email. We can not process a return for damages if the product has been used.

ORDER PACKAGING

  • Our products are packaged with only the essential packaging to decrease our processing time and ensure you get your Mommy Lhey Designs goodies as quickly as possible! Each packaged is carefully packaged to protect damage in shipping. This packaging may be different from your previous orders or from reviews you may have seen online. Please take note.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING CODES

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted. After a successful payment, your order will be marked as awaiting fulfillment or awaiting shipment. Once your shipment is in process, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, followed by an email with a tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to display properly online. Please give it some time.

  • For Little Bits pre-orders, we typically print labels in advance of the shipment being packed to expedite our packing process. This will generate a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, however, the order will not proceed until the package is shipped and received by the postal carrier.

SHIPPING OF YOUR ORDER

  • Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided upon checkout. We ship via USPS. Once your orders are received by the postal carrier, Mommy Lhey Designs is no longer responsible for the shipment. You are responsible for filing a claim with the carrier for damaged or lost shipments. Kindly respect our terms and conditions. These are the policy you agreed on upon checkout.

For domestic USA orders, a package isn't considered lost until 30 calendar days have passed. For International orders, a package isn't considered lost until 45 days. 

We stand by our products 100%.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason you may return new and unopened products in their original packaging for a refund or an exchange within 7 days for US Domestic Customers or 30 days for International Orders. 
We will pay for return shipping if the return/exchange is the result of our error or the products were defective. Otherwise, you are responsible for any return shipping charges.

We do not replace, refund, damaged products that are placed more than 15 days & 30 For International Customers.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, please assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
